Mission Statement:
"To responsibly operate and maintain the delivery system for the Shareholders of the Roseman Ditch."
Our Primary responsibility is to deliver an equal percentage of available water to ALL shareholders. All water in the ditch is owned equally until there is a call on Elk Creek of the lower priority shares.
